Webinar: How can your logic model drive improvements to program design, implementation, and quality?

    March 4, 2020

Webinar Partner:  Ready for School, Ready for Life

    Presenter: Consuela Greene

    Date:  March 4, 2020

Who is this for?  This webinar is designed for social service agency leaders, program directors, & managers.  Whether you have experience creating logic models, or need an overview or refresher about logic models, this webinar is for you!

If your social service program has a logic model that’s gone unused, or is out-of-date, or you’re not sure why using a logic model is important, then this webinar is for you! Join us 2:00-3:30 pm on Wednesday, March 4, 2020 for an interactive session about how to use a logic model in day-to-day program work and improvement, as well as how a logic model plays a key part in your story to share with funders.

In 2019, Ready for School, Ready for Life (Ready Ready) and Root Cause presented the first Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) conference in Guilford County. Based on feedback from the conference, Ready Ready and Root Cause are bringing the community the first in a series of learning opportunities as part of Ready Ready’s commitment to drive continuous quality improvement across Guilford.

During this 90-minute interactive learning session, you’ll explore the purpose of a logic model in determining your program goals and outcomes, shaping your program model, and creating a visual to represent the purpose of your program to key stakeholders, including funders. You’ll also learn how a logic model is used to support day-to-day work and program improvements. During this webinar you will:

    1.  Establish a foundational understanding of logic models and resources to further your learning

    2.  Learn from Bringing Out the Best, a local early childhood service provider leader participating in the Ready for School, Ready for Life CQI cohort about their experience using CQI to revise their program logic model

    3.  Identify practical action steps you can implement immediately in your own program
