Webinar: Going Virtual with Program Design and Service Delivery: On the Ground Experiences and Learnings
Presenter: Colette Stanzler, Principal
Date: May 13, 2020
Who is this for? This webinar is designed for the leaders of nonprofit direct service providers.
Nonprofit direct service providers have been making rapid and significant shifts in their service delivery models and operations in response to Covid-19 over the past two months. What new practices are working? Which practices have been challenging to implement, and why? How are providers more intentionally and regularly gathering input from participants they serve and staff on how to improve their virtual models? What changes present opportunities to increase accessibility for participants beyond the uncertainty of COVID-19?
Colette Stanzler, Principal, along with nonprofit partners, share approaches to adaptation, learning, and improvement in the midst of uncertainty and crisis. They draw on insights gained from ongoing coaching and coordination of 30+ direct service providers. Providers work in the fields of prenatal and early childhood health, early childhood education, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics), college and career readiness, and workforce development.
