Last week, we kicked off Week 1 of our Program Quality Learning Series. Participants joined us to discuss how to improve their programs and better serve their communities. There’s still time to join us for the final week of our Learning Series. Registration links and information are below.
Our hope is that each person will leave each session thinking about the topics in a new way, ready to envision what is possible for the programs you fund or lead. Through our work, we have learned that when programs have a clear picture of what quality looks like, they are able to think and act creatively to improve their practices. Teams who work together to improve find a deeper sense of purpose in their work, and an alignment in their daily practice with their organizational mission and with the values of equity and justice for their communities.
