Hephzibah Okorie

Hephzibah Okorie is an Advisory Associate at Root Cause. She graduated from Earlham College in May, 2022, majoring in Psychology and minoring in Business Management. Beyond her major, she supported public health research efforts and led the Black Student Union as well as the Center for Social Justice
Prior to Root Cause, she worked as a business analyst at McKinsey and Co., where she focused primarily on public and social sector strategy in higher ed and health care organizations as well as supporting broad social impact research.
As a social sciences major who intentionally pursued an intersectional field of study, her education fostered a desire to work in places where she could primarily focus on collaborating with organizations and stakeholders invested in the well being of communities they belonged to.
