Chinazo joined Root Cause in May 2024 as an Associate on the Advisory Services Team. She previously worked at the New Commonwealth Fund as a Development Associate, where she helped foster connections with partners and investors to support fundraising activities. Her experience also includes serving as Program Operations Manager at BalletRox, where she shaped the In-Studio and School Partner programs, and completing a one-year AmeriCorps VISTA term with Horizons Greater Boston, promoting high-quality educational access for local students.

Chinazo graduated with Honors from Boston University in May 2021 with a B.A. in Psychology.
