Sunday has been working in the fields of child, family, and community development, and in program evaluation, research, and continuous improvement for over 25 years, with a strong focus on promoting enhanced living experiences, opportunities, and outcomes for disenfranchised and marginalized populations. Sunday has provided training, technical assistance and consultation to programs and initiatives across the United States focusing on program design, outcome identification and monitoring, logic model/theory of change development, and related data collection, management and reporting systems. While Director of Research, Data, and Continuous Learning at Dudley Street Neighborhood Initiative, Sunday provided essential population segmentation data, relevant outcome targets, and supplemental outcomes and measures for a critical component of a successful Promise Neighborhoods Initiative Implementation grant, and worked with initiative projects and partner organizations to enhance knowledge, capacity, and production with regards to outcomes, measurement, and data reporting systems.
Sunday holds an MA in Developmental Psychology and Educational Foundations and a PhD in Developmental and Educational Psychology from Boston College’s Lynch School of Education. She completed undergraduate studies in Child Development and Spanish Literature at Tufts University.
