Louisa serve as a project manager for Root Cause’s external communications channels, including the website, blog, and social media.
Louisa joined Root Cause in 2014 to coordinate the Youth Violence Prevention Funder Learning Collaborative, a network of over 50 public and private funders dedicated to aligning funding to decrease youth violence in Boston. In this role, she managed the Pathways to Health and Healing summits, which brought over 150 funders, service providers and content experts together to explore incorporating trauma-informed practices to their work.
Outside of Root Cause, Louisa is involved with the Philanthropy Connection, an organization that inspires, teaches, and enables women of all generations to engage in collective philanthropy. She holds a B.A. in English from the University of Pennsylvania.
