Root Cause has officially moved out of Cambridge! Root Cause's new offices are located at 11 Avenue de Lafayette in Boston, a short walk from the Chinatown (Orange Line) or Downtown Crossing (Red and Orange Line) T Stations. 

Transportation and Parking

In addition to the Chinatown and Downtown Crossing T Stations, the Boylston T Station (Green Line) is also within walking distance of our offices.

Several different MBTA buses also stop near 11 Avenue de Lafayette, including those that service routes 7, 11, 43, 55, and 191.

Several small, outdoor parking lots surround 11 Avenue de Lafayette. For short-term parking these lots may be a reasonable option ($5 per 30 minutes), however full-day parking is more expensive (about $20 per day). Other parking options include:

Lafayette Place Garage - 1 Avenue de Lafayette, within the Hyatt Regency Hotel

• Rates: $6 per 30 minutes

Archstone Boston Common - 660 Washington Street

• Rates: $15 if arrival is before 10AM and departure is before 6PM

The Ritz Carlton - 10 Avery Street

• Rates: $15 if arrival is before 10AM and departure is before 6PM

Meter parking on the street is also accessible, but may prove difficult to secure.
