• More than Wheels: Formerly known as Bonnie CLAC, More than Wheels hired us to create a strategic business plan, which also included an interactive financial model. We analyzed and streamlined the operations process for efficiency and developed a business plan that provided a road map for the organization and supported fundraising. As part of the business planning process, we helped More than Wheels organize their staffing and organizational structure, performed an analysis showing the cost savings of the operational model, and created a framework of indicator targets to reach over the five years of the business plan.
